Manage Events
Start a new listing, or continue a saved draft.
Your saved drafts
Enter Event
Complete your event and artwork first. Submit your completed listing for review, or save an unfinished draft to return to later. Pipeline will check the details before publication; you won't need to re-enter them.
Event edit history
A private audit trail of edits, submissions and publication actions. Names come from verified account profile names; where no name has been set, the account reference is shown instead.
Manage an event already on Pipeline
Find your event by name, venue or date. You can request management access after choosing it. For a new event, use Enter Event instead: complete the listing first, then submit it for review.
Imported event details & edit history
Search any event already on Pipeline. Verified contributors can request corrections; Pipeline editors approve changes. Source refreshes are recorded separately and never erase an approved human edit.

Editorial event review
Only authorised Pipeline editors can see or approve these submissions. Confirm the event is genuine and music-related before publishing. Events do not automatically become Highlights.
Public event submissions
Events sent through the public Submit an Event form are private until verified. Check the official source, date, venue, genres and artwork. Prefilling an editor draft does not approve or publish anything, and the original submission stays in this inbox.
Imported event corrections
Changes to source-imported listings are stored separately from scraping. Approve only after checking the event's actual official information.
Source observation
Record the latest source snapshots for imported listings, including source changes made since the previous observation. This does not modify approved corrections.
Upcoming editorial research
A rolling candidate queue for independent artist and event research. Source links are leads, not verified facts or finished assessments.
Map Highlights - editorial decisions
Find an existing music event and promote it, suppress it or return it to automatic selection. Editorial choices are saved securely and applied to the public map when refreshed.
Record a source-backed editorial assessment
For an event you've independently researched. Each score is 0 to 5. Link to the official announcement, venue, artist or another verifiable source. This does not automatically validate claims on the linked page.
Contributor access requests
Verify each venue, organiser, artist or manager independently. More than one person can be approved for the same listing. Nobody gets exclusive ownership by applying first.
Tools
You can organise events immediately. Add your organisation's proper name whenever you're ready.
